Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.

Return Period
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization Required
Before returning any item, you must contact us for return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in like-new condition and must include all original parts, accessories, and packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for return.

Machines or equipment that have been used or operated are not eligible for return. Exchanges may be considered in cases of manufacturer defects.

Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees.

Standard items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Ball machines and other large equipment may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if approved for return and must be unused and in original packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Inspection and Refunds
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Special order items
  • Custom products
  • Items that have been used, installed, or modified
  • Items returned without original packaging or components

Manufacturer Warranties
Many products we sell are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty service and support are typically handled according to the manufacturer’s policies. If you believe your item may be covered under warranty, please contact us and we will help guide you through the process.
